Talk to an engineer

Web Development

A website that makes money, not one that costs it.

Marketing sites, portals, and web apps engineered for speed, search, and conversion — accessible, owned by you, and built on the same standards a bank would expect.

What it is

The web, engineered — not templated.

Most businesses are sold a template dressed up as a website: fast to demo, slow to load, impossible to extend, and rented rather than owned. We build the alternative — a web platform sized for where your business is going, that you fully own and any team can maintain.

Who it’s for

For operators across every vertical — restaurants, real estate, clinics, local businesses — who need a site or platform that actually performs. It is the broadest-demand work we do and, more often than not, the start of a longer relationship.

Problems it solves

What a real web platform removes.

The difference between a site that costs money and one that makes it usually comes down to four things.

  • Slow on a real phone

Templates that fly on your laptop and crawl on a mid-range Android lose the visitors you paid to reach. We hold Core Web Vitals as budgets, measured on representative mobile.

  • Invisible to search

Client-rendered pages and missing structure keep you off the results you should own. We ship server-rendered HTML, clean semantics, and the technical SEO foundation built in, not bolted on.

  • Does not convert

Traffic without a clear next step is wasted spend. We design every page around one obvious action and the trust signals that earn it.

  • You do not own it

Page-builder lock-in means you rent your own website and pay to leave. You get the full source, the infrastructure, and a documented handover.

Our approach

How we engineer a web platform.

The same process as everything we build, applied to the web — no black box, each stage signed off before the next begins.

  1. Scope the outcome

We start from the result the site is measured on — bookings, leads, orders — and work back to the pages, content, and integrations that produce it. The scope and price are fixed in writing before a line of code.

  2. Architect for performance and search

Rendering strategy, content model, and infrastructure are decided deliberately: server-rendered where it matters for crawlability and speed, dynamic only where it earns its keep. Accessibility and SEO are designed in from the first commit.

  3. Build against budgets

We build in short iterations on a staging URL you can watch take shape, with performance, accessibility, and SEO enforced in the pipeline — so quality is proven by the build, not promised in a meeting.

  4. Launch and hand over

Production launch with the numbers that matter met — Core Web Vitals, security hardening, accessibility — then the keys: full source, infrastructure, and documentation so any team can run and extend it.

Business value

What you get for the investment.

A web presence that earns its place on the balance sheet.

Faster, so it ranks and converts

Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at once. A fast, accessible, SEO-ready site compounds — more organic reach, lower bounce, more inquiries, without more ad spend.

Owned, so it is an asset

Source, infrastructure, and content are yours. The site is something the business owns and can build on, not a subscription that holds your presence hostage.

Built to extend

When the business grows, the platform grows with it — new pages, locales, and integrations — instead of forcing a rebuild every two years.

Proof

Our standards are not a claim — this site is one.

We are an early studio, so we lead with proof you can inspect rather than a wall of logos. This very site is engineered to the standard we would build yours to: server-rendered, accessible, fast on a mid-range phone, original. The clearest demonstration is our process — and the free audit tool we built, which holds your site to the same budgets.

How to work with us

Scope and price, agreed before we start.

We do not bill by the open-ended hour. After a short scoping conversation you get a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing — you decide with the whole number in front of you. You own the source, the infrastructure, and a documented handover. The engineers who scope it are the engineers who build it.

Questions

What buyers ask about a build.

Do you work in WordPress or a page builder?
Usually not. We build on a modern, server-rendered stack because it is faster, more accessible, easier to secure, and genuinely yours to own. Where a CMS makes sense for your editors, we wire in a structured headless one — without surrendering performance or ownership.
Can you improve a site we already have?
Often, yes. Start with the free audit for an honest read on performance, SEO, and accessibility. Some sites are worth a focused rebuild of the slow parts; others are better re-platformed. We will tell you which, plainly.
Will it work in Turkish and Arabic?
Yes — multilingual, including full right-to-left Arabic, is a first-class capability, not a plugin. This site itself ships in English, Turkish, and Arabic.
