How we build

The process is the proof.

No black box. This is exactly how we scope, architect, build, test, launch, and hand over your software — every stage with a deliverable you can hold, and the next never starting until the last is signed off.

Why we show you this

A young studio earns trust by being legible — not by being loud.

We are an early, senior studio, so we do not lead with a wall of logos. We lead with the one thing a buyer can actually inspect before committing a budget: precisely how the work gets done.

Most software goes wrong in the gaps — the unwritten assumption, the untested edge case, the decision no one can explain a year later. Our process is built to close those gaps in the open, so you can see the rigor for yourself rather than take it on faith. This page is long on purpose. The detail is the point.

The sequence

Six stages, each signed off before the next begins.

The numbering encodes a real order, not decoration. Nothing skips ahead, and you approve the gate between each stage.

  1. Discovery & scoping

We map the problem before proposing a solution.

We start from the outcome you are measured on and work back — through short workshops and system mapping — to the exact work that produces it. Then we write it down: every screen, integration, and edge case named, with a single fixed price. You decide with the whole number in front of you, before a line of code is written.

    What you get
    • A written scope document — every screen, integration, and edge case named
    • A fixed, all-in price you approve before any work starts
    • The success metrics the project will be measured against

Your controlNothing is built until you have approved both the scope and the price, in writing.

  2. Architecture & planning

We design the system to fit where you are going.

Before building, we decide the load-bearing things on purpose: the data model, the integrations, the security boundaries, the infrastructure, and the rendering strategy. We size the architecture to your real trajectory — not over-engineered, not painted into a corner — and we write the decisions down so the reasoning survives long after the meeting.

    What you get
    • An architecture decision record — the choices, and why each was made
    • A system map: data model, integrations, and infrastructure
    • A delivery plan with milestones and dates you can hold us to

Your controlThe blueprint is yours to review and question before we build a single thing to it.

  3. Build in tested increments

We build in the open, with the tests as proof.

We build in short iterations against the agreed scope, on a staging URL you can watch take shape from week one — never a big reveal at the end. Automated tests prove each change is safe, and the budgets that matter (performance, accessibility, SEO) are enforced in the pipeline, so quality is demonstrated by the build itself rather than promised in a status call.

    What you get
    • A staging URL, updated continuously, that you can watch take shape
    • An automated test suite that proves each change is safe to make
    • Pipeline gates for performance, accessibility, and SEO — enforced, not assumed

Your controlYou see real progress every week on a live URL, never a single big-bang reveal.

  4. Test & hardening

We push past the happy path before anyone calls it done.

Beyond the demo, we measure. Core Web Vitals on a representative mid-range phone, a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility pass, cross-device and right-to-left checks, and security hardening — each against a budget, each verified rather than assumed. If something misses, it is not finished, and we say so plainly.

    What you get
    • Core Web Vitals measured on a real mid-range device, against budget
    • A WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility pass, with the results shown
    • Security hardening and a pre-launch checklist, signed off

Your controlQuality is proven by measurement you can see, not by an assurance in a meeting.

  5. Launch

We ship it properly — and only when the numbers are met.

Production launch is a deliberate, monitored event, not a thrown switch. We cut over with performance, security, and accessibility verified in production, analytics and error monitoring wired in from the first visitor, and a rollback path ready. No surprises on day one.

    What you get
    • A monitored production launch with a tested rollback path
    • Performance, security, and accessibility verified in production
    • Analytics and error monitoring live from the first visitor

Your controlWe launch only when the budgets that matter are measured and met — not before.

  6. Ownership, handover & support

We hand you the keys, documented.

The project ends with you owning it outright: the full source, the infrastructure, and documentation written for the person who inherits the system — runbooks, not riddles. We walk your team through it, and we offer ongoing support if you want us close. It is always a choice, never a dependency you cannot leave.

    What you get
    • The full source code and the keys to your own infrastructure
    • Documentation written for the maintainer — runbooks, not riddles
    • A handover session, plus optional ongoing support you can end anytime

Your controlYou own everything we built, and you are never locked in to keep us.

What you can hold us to

The process comes with guarantees, not just good intentions.

These are the commitments that sit underneath every stage — the things that make hiring an unfamiliar studio a safe decision.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price

Agreed in writing before work starts. You approve the whole number up front — never an open-ended hourly bill that grows in the dark.

  • You own everything

Full source, infrastructure, content, and documentation — handed over every time. No page-builder lock-in, no rented platform, no hostage code.

  • Senior engineers only

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. No junior bench you were not told about, no offshore black box, no account-manager telephone game.

  • A clear cadence

A defined communication rhythm, a live URL to watch, and one accountable team. You always know where the work stands, because you can see it.

  • A partner you can leave

Everything is documented for the maintainer, so any competent team can take it forward. Ongoing support is something we offer, never something we engineer you into needing.

  • We tell you the truth

If buying off-the-shelf is the better call, we say so. If something misses its budget, we say that too. For a studio whose whole pitch is rigor, a discovered exaggeration would be fatal — so we do not make them.

Why it works this way

The process is the visible shape of what we believe.

Every gate, deliverable, and guarantee here comes from a small set of engineering principles we will not trade away. If the process is the proof, the principles are the reason.

Questions

What buyers ask about how we work.

How long does a project take?
It depends on scope — but you are never guessing. You get a milestone plan with real dates during the planning stage, before building starts, and we work in weekly increments on a staging URL, so you always know exactly where it stands.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
We handle it explicitly. A change becomes a short written adjustment to scope and price that you approve before we act on it. There are never silent additions and never a surprise on the final invoice.
How involved do I need to be?
Lightly, but at the right moments — sign-off on the scope and the architecture, and a weekly look at progress on staging. We do not need you in daily standups; we need your judgement at the decisions that matter.
What exactly do I own at the end?
All of it: the source code, the infrastructure, the content, and documentation written so any competent team can run and extend it. Ownership is the default, not an upsell.
You are an early studio — why is this enough to trust you?
Because process you can inspect is more honest than logos you cannot verify. This page shows exactly how the work is done, and this site itself is built to the standard described here — fast, accessible, multilingual, and original. The proof is something you can check before you commit a budget.
