We are deliberately small. That is not a phase we are trying to grow out of; it is the design. A senior team with no handoffs is how the work stays excellent and the accountability stays clear.
We are early in our story, and we would rather be confidently honest about that than fake a scale we do not have. So instead of a wall of logos, we lead with what we can prove today: a process you can inspect end to end, and this website itself — fast, accessible, multilingual, and engineered to the exact standard we would hold your project to. Why Avelqor exists.
I started Avelqor because too much software is sold like a product and built like a disposable — fast to demo, expensive to live with, and impossible to truly own. I wanted to build the opposite: systems that are documented, tested, owned outright, and engineered to still be standing in ten years.
We are deliberately small and senior, and we intend to stay that way. When you work with us, you work with the engineers who scope, build, and hand over your system. There is no junior bench you were not told about, no offshore black box, and no account manager standing between you and the people writing the code.
We are early, and we are honest about it. Rather than borrow credibility we have not earned, we lead with the things we can prove today: how we work, and this site itself — engineered to the exact standard we would hold yours to. And we are building our own products on those same foundations, because we plan to live with our engineering for as long as you do.
